Does NOVA join my meetings automatically?+

Yes — once you connect your calendar, NOVA detects upcoming meetings and joins automatically. You can configure it to ask permission first, join silently, or only join meetings you explicitly invite it to. No bots are visible to other participants unless you choose to show them.

Which meeting platforms does NOVA support?+

NOVA works natively with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and phone calls. We also have a browser extension for any web-based conferencing tool, and a desktop app that captures audio from any application — including in-person meetings via your microphone.

How does NOVA handle sensitive and confidential meetings?+

You control what NOVA records. You can pause recording at any time, set meetings as private, or create blocklists for specific recurring meetings. Enterprise plans include on-premise deployment, custom data retention policies, and audit logs. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.

How accurate is the transcription and AI summary?+

Our transcription model achieves 98.6% word accuracy in optimal conditions and 96.8% in challenging conditions (strong accents, heavy background noise, technical terminology).
